By using kaymn.net you agree to these terms for Kaymn Accounting (customer ledger). Last updated: 5 September 2026. This is not legal advice. If this English text conflicts with the Arabic version at kaymn.net/terms, the Arabic page is the reference until a lawyer reviews both.
The service
Kaymn is a web tool to record customers, ledger entries (receivable or payable), currencies, a USD equivalent, and account statements. It is not full accounting software, not a tax invoice, not a point of sale, and not inventory. The service is provided “as is”.
Kaymn Accounting on kaymn.net is not the Kaymn community on kaymn.com.
Account and trial
A free trial of 7 days with no card, then a subscription may be required as shown in the app. You are responsible for keeping your login secret and for the accuracy of what you record.
Your data
What you enter in the ledger belongs to your business. You must not enter data you have no right to process. See the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harm other systems or to send illegal content. We may suspend an account that abuses the platform or threatens its stability.

Kaymn does not give accounting, tax, or legal advice. The USD total and statements are aids; check your own figures before a financial decision.
