What we collect
- Account data: name or email and password at sign-up, and a login session.
- Ledger data: customer names, entries (receivable or payable), currencies, balances, and statements you create.
- Technical data needed to run the service: server logs, an approximate IP, and session cookies.
We do not ask for a credit card for the seven-day trial.
Why we use it
To run your account, store your ledger, show the USD total and statements, provide support, and keep the service stable. We do not sell your ledger to third-party advertisers.
Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. A language cookie may remember the language you chose, for the signed-in app. Public crawler files (robots.txt, sitemap.xml) do not set a session. We do not redirect search engines by language or location.
Retention and deletion
Your ledger stays while the account exists. To ask for deletion, email us at the address above.
Third parties
Hosting, email, or WhatsApp may see data when you contact us. kaymn.com is a separate community and is not part of this ledger.
